Third-party services that process data on our behalf

1. Overview

VoltageGPU uses carefully selected third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help deliver our services. This page lists all sub-processors that may process personal data on behalf of our customers.

All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that require them to protect personal data in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.

9. Data Transfer Mechanisms

For sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): EU-approved contractual terms
  • Data Processing Agreements: GDPR-compliant contracts with all sub-processors
  • EU Data Residency: Available upon request for sensitive workloads

10. Changes to Sub-processors

We may update our list of sub-processors from time to time. When we add a new sub-processor that processes personal data, we will:

  • Update this page at least 30 days before the change takes effect
  • Notify customers who have subscribed to sub-processor updates
  • Provide customers the opportunity to object to the new sub-processor

11. Objection Process

If you object to a new sub-processor, you may:

  • Contact us within 30 days of notification
  • Explain the grounds for your objection
  • Work with us to find an alternative solution
  • Terminate your agreement if no resolution is possible
